"not goodbye- i hate goodbye-see you later" John Q

10/27/09

Saying goodbye.

if only "see you later" made it any easier. its been a long day.
all i could think about was the fact that i had to say
goodbye to jordan banner today. it definately didnt make
focusing in school any easier. im gunna miss that kid
a LOTTTTT. he was my bestestestest guy friend&
always had me laughing. i know he'll be an good missionary,
if he puts his mind to it! ha :) just kidding he'll be great!
also, tyler kokalaries left yesterday so sunday was the last
goodbye. i wish i could just be little again when all the
reporting missionaries we sooooo much older than me.
it was mush better than this. hopefully my next two
years will be busy enough to keep my mind off of things.
ill be grateful for letter communication now and again.
i think both of those boys became my friends at very
crucial times in my life. and i appreciate their friendship
more than they know. even though i try to convey
it as often as possible. missions are a great thing and im
so glad i have amazing friends who never really second
guessed going on a mission or not. they are amazing examples.
i love those boys. plus all the other guys who have already left.
im sure there will be more post in the future about the guys as
they continue to leave. but as i said before its been a long day.
about time to retire for the night. <3abby
